So now we've heard the inevitable news that Sven's been shown the door at Man City, it seems Mark Hughes may be the man to replace him.

But do you think they'd be picking the right man for the job? Could he maintain the good work put in by the former England manager this season?

Do you think City should be looking for someone else with a more proven track record for successful management?

How attractive is ManCity? The ownership is a giant questionmark. Will the club be repo'd by the Thai government? If Thaskin maintains control, who would want to work for him? I think Sven was treated unfairly for the job he did. Would Hughes be treated differently? For the club to finish in Europe, there needs be a further investment of 20-30m GBP, which may not be there. It's a very tenuous situation, and if you compare the owernship and rosters, Blackburn is far more attractive. I think the best they can do, without hiring a Prem. re-tread, is to call Avram Grant.
