The final word on who owns the names and statistics of US sports, everyone. I wonder how long the Premier League Gestapo can continue to threaten every website that has the audacity to discuss the league.

Well that's certainly a decision that has huge ramifications for similar setups around the world. As you say, I hope this decision is putting the wind up the Premier League in no uncertain terms. To make openly available information usable only in exchange for exorbitant amounts of money is despicable in my opinion.
